- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.  
- Pre-orders will be shipped according to the timeline specified at the time of purchase.  

2. Shipping Rates 
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.  
- We offer both standard and express shipping options.  

3. Delivery Times  
- Estimated delivery times depend on your location:  
  - Within Australia: 3-7 business days (standard shipping), 1-3 business days (express shipping).  
  - International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.  

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs delays, or external factors beyond our control.  

4. Tracking Your Order 
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.  

5. International Shipping 
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.  
- Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.  

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses 
- Ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.  
- HAUSOFDEEN is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply to re-ship returned packages.  

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments 
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hausofdeen@gmail.com with your order number.  
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.  

8. Pre-Order Shipments 
- For pre-orders, delivery timelines are noted on the product page and confirmation email.  
- Our current pre-order shipping window is the second week of January.
